Your follow up consultation will involve a review of your progress regarding your JAW/TMJ joint. A  hands on treatment or manual therapy approach (myo-therapy) to assist with pain relief and balancing out your facial and structural alignment , and provide rehabilitative exercises to get you eating and living comfortably. Manual therapy may involve muscular dry needling (releasing restricted tissues by inserting an acupuncture needle and intra-oral work which involves releasing muscles and ligaments inside your mouth.
