A 30 MINUTE consultation. This appointment selection is for a follow up treatment only or possibly an emergency treatment to temporarily assist with one aspect of pain or discomfort. Your Myotherapist will assess your symptoms and apply a hands on approach to treat your muscular and joint pain. Anywhere from a sports injury or workplace strain and dysfunction to general aches and pains or migraines which are affecting your movement, mobility and possibly sleep. Our therapists will use deep tissue massage techniques, joint mobilisation, exercise prescription and dry needling if permitted. A 30 minute treatment is recommended for a follow up treatment to assist with a single area of pain or concern. Not recommended for an initial consultation unless previously advised by your therapist on the phone.
