A 60 MINUTE consultation. Your Myotherapist will assess your symptoms and apply a hands on approach to treat your muscular and joint pain. Anywhere from a sports injury or workplace strain and dysfunction to general aches and pains or migraines which are affecting your movement, mobility and possibly sleep. Our therapists will use deep tissue and sports massage techniques, joint mobilisation, exercise prescription and dry needling if permitted. A 60 minute treatment is recommended for an initial first treatment and multiple areas of pain and concern. Please advise your therapist if you are pregnant or wish to avoid any areas to be treated.

MYOTHERAPY TREATMENT 60 MIN

A 45 MINUTE consultation. Your Myotherapist will assess your symptoms and apply a hands on approach to treat your muscular and joint pain. Anywhere from a sports injury or workplace strain and dysfunction to general aches and pains or migraines which are affecting your movement, mobility and possibly sleep. Our therapists will use deep tissue massage techniques, joint mobilisation, exercise prescription and dry needling if permitted. A 45 minute treatment is recommended for addressing one or a maximum of 2 areas of concern.

MYOTHERAPY TREATMENT 45 minutes

A 30 MINUTE consultation. This appointment selection is for a follow up treatment only or possibly an emergency treatment to temporarily assist with one aspect of pain or discomfort. Your Myotherapist will assess your symptoms and apply a hands on approach to treat your muscular and joint pain. Anywhere from a sports injury or workplace strain and dysfunction to general aches and pains or migraines which are affecting your movement, mobility and possibly sleep. Our therapists will use deep tissue massage techniques, joint mobilisation, exercise prescription and dry needling if permitted. A 30 minute treatment is recommended for a follow up treatment to assist with a single area of pain or concern. Not recommended for an initial consultation unless previously advised by your therapist on the phone.

Your Remedial massage therapist will assist you for 60 minutes in treating your aches or pains or headache and general tightness accumulated  from stress related muscle tightness. Whether its from sitting down all day or an injury, our qualified therapists will be glad to to get you back on track. Headaches, neck pain and back pain are some of the ailments we treat every single day. Remedial massage  techniques are applied focusing on the relief of tight muscles and stiff joint utilising the correct amount of pressure that you request. Private health insurance apply

REMEDIAL / SPORTS MASSAGE 30 MINUTES

Your initial consultation will involve a thorough assessment of the function and mobility of your JAW/TMJ joint.  This will tell us if you are suffering from jaw-related issues or if your pain and discomfort is coming from another area of your body which we call referred pain. 
With years of treating patients in pain with a sore jaw joint, jaw clicking, and other jaw-related issues including referred tooth pain, and headaches, we will help you, by educating you on why the pain is there, provide a thorough assessment, include hands on manual therapy (Myotherapy) to assist with pain relief and balancing your facial and structural alignment. You will be provided your own rehabilitative exercises to get you eating and living comfortably once again. Please bring along any reports/scans you may have from any medical/dental clinics.

TMJ/JAW INITIAL CONSULTATION 60 MINUTES

Your follow up consultation will involve a review of your progress regarding your JAW/TMJ joint. A  hands on treatment or manual therapy approach (myo-therapy) to assist with pain relief and balancing out your facial and structural alignment , and provide rehabilitative exercises to get you eating and living comfortably. Manual therapy may involve muscular dry needling (releasing restricted tissues by inserting an acupuncture needle and intra-oral work which involves releasing muscles and ligaments inside your mouth.
